Welcome to Calibr Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including 3D visualization, rendering, animation, and other related services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
Definitions
- "Studio" refers to Calibr Studio, including its team, employees, contractors, and affiliates.
-"Client" refers to any individual, company, or organization that requests or uses the Studio’s Services.
- "Deliverables" refer to the final 3D visualizations, animations, renderings, or other products provided by the Studio to the Client.
- "Project" refers to the agreed scope of work as outlined in the proposal, contract, or invoice.
Scope of Services
The Studio provides Services including, but not limited to:
- 3D modeling and rendering.
- Architectural visualizations.
- Product and industrial design visualizations.
- Animation and walkthroughs.
- Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) content creation.
Any additional Services outside the agreed scope of work will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.
Quotations and Proposals
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Quotations are based on the scope of work provided by the Client. Any changes to the scope may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
- A signed proposal, contract, or payment of a deposit signifies the Client’s acceptance of the terms outlined in the quotation.
Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit is required before the commencement of any Project.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Deliverables and prior to the final delivery.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, to account nominated on invoice.
- Late payments may incur an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Revisions and Amendments
- The Studio offers 2 rounds of revisions included in the quoted price. Additional revisions will be billed at 30% of original fee. (based on per deliverable, for example a revision on a $1000 render will incur $300.)
- Revisions must align with the original scope of work. Any requests outside the scope will be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.
- The Client must provide clear and comprehensive feedback within 7 days of receiving the draft Deliverables.
Delivery Timelines
- The Studio will strive to meet agreed delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes to the scope of work or delays in receiving required materials from the Client.
- The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
- The Studio retains ownership of all working files (e.g., 3D models, scene setups, project files) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Upon full payment, the Client will receive rights to the final Deliverables for the agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, presentations). Any other usage must be approved by the Studio.
- The Studio reserves the right to showcase the final Deliverables in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project specifications, including references, drawings, or other required materials.
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.
- Ensure that any materials provided to the Studio do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the Project. The Studio will not disclose or use the Client’s materials for any purpose other than completing the Project without prior written consent.
Warranties and Limitations of Liability
- The Studio will provide Services in a professional manner and make reasonable efforts to meet the Client’s expectations.
- The Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of its Deliverables.
- The Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Deliverables.
- The Studio’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Project.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a Project is canceled by the Client before work begins, the Studio will refund any paid deposit minus any administrative fees.
- If a Project is canceled after work has commenced, the Client is responsible for payment of completed work up to the point of cancellation.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Force Majeure
The Studio will not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill its commitments due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government restrictions.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Studio and the Client.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Amendments
The Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
